Temple of Heaven

The Temple of Heaven, maybe a better name is Altar of Heaven, was built in the 15th century and used by the Ming and Qing dynasties in annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for a good
harvest.

There were tons of people there that day. After being in the city for a month or so it was nice to get out in the open park area surrounding the Temple.
